Production Team

The Production Team is responsible for bringing each production to life, from the first rehearsal to the final curtain call. Working alongside the director and creative staff, the team ensures every aspect of the production is organized, coordinated, and performance-ready.

Production Team responsibilities may include:

• Assisting the director throughout the rehearsal and production process.

• Coordinating auditions, rehearsals, and production schedules.

• Managing stage operations during rehearsals and performances.

• Overseeing scenic construction, set changes, and backstage operations.

• Coordinating lighting, sound, props, costumes, hair, and makeup.

• Ensuring the safety and readiness of the cast, crew, and technical elements.

• Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers in production roles.

• Collaborating with operations and marketing teams to ensure a successful production.

• Maintaining production materials, equipment, and backstage spaces.

• Supporting strike and the restoration of the theatre following each production.
